Talent Acquisition Advisor

Job Description: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies for key positions. Manage the full recruitment cycle: needs assessment, job posting, sourcing, interviews, negotiation, and onboarding. Conduct market research and advise managers on market trends and hiring practices. Leverage technology tools and platforms to optimize sourcing and enhance the candidate experience. Design and execute candidate generation strategies while building a strong talent pipeline. Participate in strategic projects related to talent acquisition (e.g., employer branding, process improvement).

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and promote the company’s image. Analyze performance metrics and provide recommendations to improve recruitment efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or in a related field or with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job (preferred) Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including complex and high-volume roles. Experience in the aerospace and/or manufacturing industry. Experience in a unionized environment is a strong asset.

Managed multiple roles in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Team-oriented, results-driven, and have demonstrated strong influencing skills. Able to influence and build trusted relationships with stakeholders. Strong client focus and innovative mindset. Excellent command of sourcing techniques and digital tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.). Knowledgeable of market trends and recruitment best practices.
