The Role

• Review risks and make underwriting decisions aligned with company controls, appetite, and authority.
• Provide exceptional service to clients and colleagues through effective communication.
• Manage new business, renewals, ratings, and adjustment inquiries across various platforms.
• Consistently meet business targets by maintaining high retention and new business conversion rates.
• Actively engage with brokers to grow accounts and promote product offerings.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and ethical business practices.

What You'll Need

• GCSEs including English and Mathematics.
• Understanding of insurance principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong customer service skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and effective risk assessment capabilities.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and capable of independent work.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
