Job Description

ON-SITE IN Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day administration and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and availability
Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, fields, and integrations to meet business requirements
Monitor and troubleshoot system issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing downtime
Manage and maintain user accounts, roles, and permissions to ensure appropriate access controls
Support implementation efforts by assisting with the configuration, testing, and deployment of ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, and HRSD modules
Implement and manage platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, ensuring minimal disruption to end-users
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to implement enhancements and support new requirements
Maintain and enforce best practices for configuration management, documentation, and system security
Develop and execute reports, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor platform health and usage
Provide training and support to end-users and ensure effective knowledge transfer
