We're seeking a motivated Information Security Analyst to join a leading national security solutions provider, dedicated to ensuring seamless security services for critical missions. This role is pivotal in supporting identity, access, and credentialing operations within a mission-critical environment.

The Role

• Support DEERS PII changes, CAC, Token, and Retired Military ID issuance at a government site.
• Manage Identity, Access, and Credentialing issues with high-level customer service.
• Resolve ServiceNow and JIRA tickets for technical access and credentialing challenges.
• Contribute to project milestones and objectives through collaborative technical support.
• Provide technical input for project deliverables, status reports, and complex security solutions.
• Conduct routine troubleshooting for PKI and system access issues.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of relevant IT/Cyber experience.
• 2+ years of IT and/or Cyber experience.
• Understanding of Identity, Access, and Credentialing services and PKI protocols.
• Proven experience with ticketing systems like JIRA and ServiceNow.
• Experience handling sensitive PII information in a secure environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work flexible shifts between 7 AM ET and 5 PM ET.
