Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Functional Lead & Tester with strong expertise in Dynamics CRM Sales, functional configuration, customization, and software testing. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements and technical solutions while ensuring the quality and reliability of CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage at least 10 years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Analyze and validate business requirements for fitment within Dynamics 365.
• Apply Dynamics 365 best practices and prepare functional documentation.
• Work directly with business stakeholders and lead functional design discussions, bridging the gap between business and technology teams.
• Design, develop, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for CRM applications.
• Perform end-to-end functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve functional and technical issues.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage for CRM customizations, configurations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
• Support UAT execution and coordinate with business users to obtain sign-off.
• Prepare test execution reports, defect metrics, and quality status updates.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Dynamics CRM (Sales).
• Strong functional knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Hands-on understanding of CRM customizations and configurations.
• Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Strong functional documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing.
• Experience creating test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Familiarity with defect tracking and management tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, functional teams, and technical teams.
