Your new company
A leading health organisation dedicated to delivering outstanding services across a multi-regional space. As part of their continued commitment to supporting patients, colleagues and communities, they are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join their People team.
This is a highly visible role that will see you partner with senior leaders across the organisation, providing strategic and operational HR expertise that enables the business to achieve its objectives.
Your new role
As a People Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing expert guidance across the full employee life cycle and supporting the organisation's wider strategic ambitions.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with business leaders to align people strategies with operational and organisational objectives.
- Managing complex employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, capability, attendance and performance cases.
- Leading workforce change projects including restructures, organisational redesign, redeployment exercises and TUPE transfers.
- Using workforce data, trends and insights to identify opportunities for improvement and drive informed decision-making.
- Coaching and developing managers to enhance leadership capabilities and embed best practice people management.
- Supporting employee engagement, retention and wellbeing initiatives across the organisation.
- Building and maintaining effective relationships with Trade Unions and key internal stakeholders.
- Contributing to the development, review and implementation of HR policies and workforce strategies.
- Championing a culture of inclusion, diversity, engagement and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR professional with a strong track record of delivering strategic and operational people solutions within a complex environment.
You will be able to demonstrate:
- Significant experience operating within a HR Business Partner or People Partner capacity.
- Strong employee relations expertise and confidence managing complex casework.
- Experience leading organisational change programmes, including restructures and TUPE activity.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- The credibility and influence to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- The ability to utilise workforce data and insights to inform recommendations and business decisions.
- Outstanding communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification, equivalent qualification, or substantial demonstrable experience.
The role will be 2 days per week in Greenford, and one day per week in Colchester.
