If you enjoy influencing senior leaders, navigating complex people challenges, turning strategy into practical action alongside being hands on HR operations, this Interim HR Business Partner opportunity offers the chance to make an immediate impact from day one.
You'll work closely with the People Director, balancing strategic projects with hands-on operational partnering to support a busy site through a period of change. This is a fast-paced assignment where your expertise will help shape decision-making, strengthen compliance and improve the overall employee experience.
This is initially a 6 to 8 week role, with potential to be extended.

- 350 - 450 per day, equivalent to 60,000 - 75,000 pro rata.

- Support the delivery of the People Strategy by translating objectives into effective operational plans.
- Act as the on-site HR partner, managing employee relations, HR administration and day-to-day people matters.
- Ensure policies remain compliant with UK employment legislation and communicate updates across the business.
- Produce meaningful HR data, insights and management information to support strategic decision-making.
- Partner with managers on complex employee relations, organisational change, workforce planning and talent activities.
- Support learning, leadership development, succession planning and wider organisational improvement initiatives.
- CIPD Level 7 qualification, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Strong generalist HR background within a complex environment, ideally in FMCG or engineering.
- Excellent knowledge of UK employment law, complex employee relations and organisational change, including restructuring and TUPE.
- Experience of using HRIS systems and data to support business decisions.
- Proven ability to coach managers and present confidently to senior stakeholders.
