Seeking an AI Enablement Engineer to build and scale reusable AI skills, agents, workflows, templates, and knowledge assets across the organization. The role requires strong Python, GitHub, AI frameworks such as LangChain, MCPs, RAG, vector databases, and Harness Engineering experience, with AWS, Databricks, and multi-agent systems as pluses. Responsible for developing AI solutions, onboarding resources, documentation, and processes that accelerate AI adoption and reduce duplicated effort across teams.
