Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance the centralized AI Skills, Agents, and Templates Hub.
• Design and develop reusable AI agents, workflows, prompt libraries, and automation solutions.
• Create scalable AI solutions utilizing LLMs, RAG architectures, and Vector Databases.
• Develop onboarding guides, technical documentation, best practices, and training materials to support AI adoption.
• Collaborate with AI coaches and cross-functional teams to identify, validate, and productionize successful AI use cases.
• Manage intake, prioritization, and tracking of AI enablement requests and initiatives.
• Implement and maintain AI governance, quality standards, release processes, and asset lifecycle management.
• Monitor AI solution performance, adoption metrics, and usage analytics to drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of multi-agent AI systems and orchestration frameworks.
• Contribute to AI innovation initiatives and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with GitHub, version control, and collaborative development workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain and related AI application frameworks.
• Experience building RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) solutions.
• Working knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, ChromaDB, or FAISS.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP) and AI integrations.
• Experience designing and developing AI Agents and Agentic Workflows.
• Strong understanding of APIs, automation frameworks, and software development best practices.
