The Role

• Prepare medical devices according to current standards, including cleaning, disinfection, functional checks, packaging, and sterilization.
• Operate and monitor cleaning machines and sterilizers following provided instructions.
• Assemble instrument trays accurately based on pack lists and package them professionally.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant norms and legal requirements in sterilization processes.

What You'll Need

• Successful completion of the Sterilization Assistant Course I or II.
• Reliable, thorough, and meticulous work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility for quality.
• Good German language skills (minimum B2 level).
• Basic proficiency with IT systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
