DevSecOps Engineer
Location: Erie, PA (Day 1 Complete Onsite)

Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in DevSecOps, cloud engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD platforms.
• Experience with Git-based source control including GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, with Azure or Google Cloud Platform experience beneficial.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash/Shell, and/or PowerShell scripting.
• Experience with automated security, code-quality, and vulnerability scanning tools such as Snyk, KICS, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting build and deployment automation for Java and/or .NET applications.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, networking, security, system administration, and software delivery practices.
• Extensive experience leveraging DORA and reliability metrics to optimize CI/CD pipelines, increase deployment velocity, and improve overall system stability.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and technical mentoring skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience creating enterprise-scale reusable CI/CD templates and DevSecOps frameworks.
• Experience with Ansible/ Terraform configuration-management tools.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes security, secrets management, cloud security, and software supply-chain security.
• Experience with observability, monitoring, logging, and performance-testing solutions.
• Experience developing engineering standards, technical documentation, and team-enablement materials.
