Role Title Wi-Fi Subject Matter Expert

Domain Wi-Fi Connectivity — EasyMesh / HLOS
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead end-to-end EasyMesh development within the RDK-B framework, covering architecture,
implementation, interoperability, and operator deployment
• Represent the organization as an active member of the RDKB EasyMesh working group, collaborating
with industry stakeholders to commercialize RDKB EasyMesh solutions
• Drive WFA (Wi-Fi Alliance) EasyMesh certification programs — owning test planning, execution, and
resolution of certification failures
• Lead interoperability efforts with third-party EasyMesh controllers (e.g., Airties) and validate against
operator-specific deployment requirements
• Manage operator adoption processes — engaging directly with cable and broadband operators on feature
requirements, field issues, and roadmap alignment
• Define and enforce engineering best practices, code quality standards, and CI/CD processes across the
team
