Remote, AEM Developer (Only W2)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex XDP form templates using AEM Forms Designer (formerly Adobe LiveCycle Designer) for print, web, and correspondence channels.
• Develop and manage XDP layouts using subforms, target areas, tables, layout fragments, dynamic images, and reusable form components.
• Integrate XDP templates with XML Schemas (XSD), Form Data Models (FDM), and JSON datasets to support dynamic data prefill, data binding, and secure form submission.
• Collaborate with development and business teams to translate functional requirements into scalable and user-friendly AEM Forms solutions.
• Troubleshoot form rendering, data-binding, integration, and template-related issues across development and production environments.

Primary Platform

• AEM Forms 6.5 LTS – Strong hands-on experience

Form Design Tools

• AEM Forms Designer / Adobe LiveCycle Designer – Strong hands-on experience

Programming Languages

• Java – Strong experience
• JavaScript – Strong experience
• HTML5 – Strong experience

Core AEM Frameworks

• OSGi – Hands-on experience
• Apache Sling – Hands-on experience
• JCR – Hands-on experience
• Form Data Model (FDM) – Hands-on experience

Data Formats & Technologies

• XML, XSD, XFA, and JSON – Strong experience
• Document Fragments – Hands-on experience
• Experience with data binding, dynamic prefill, and form data integration

Development & Build Tools

• Maven – Experience
