Job Role: Oracle EBS Functional Consultant

Job Description:

Candidate with strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS Service Contracts, Order Management, and Billing, particularly in handling complex contract lifecycle, serial number association, proration, and invoicing scenarios.
Key Technical Requirements:

• Experience attaching new service lines and product serial numbers at the sub-line level to an existing Active Service Contract.
• Ability to handle products shipped during an active contract term, with service coverage starting from a specified future date and aligned with the existing contract end date.
• Expertise in prorated billing for partial contract periods, including monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual billing cycles.
• Experience configuring or troubleshooting invoicing triggers based on shipment or service-line closure, including billing initiation at or shortly after shipment.
• Strong understanding of integration across Oracle EBS Service Contracts, Order Management, and Receivables/Billing, including related Revenue Recognition scenarios.
