At SharkNinja, we’re building an AI-native culture. We’re not waiting for the future; we’re creating it. Our people are expected to experiment boldly, adopt new tools, and continuously raise what’s possible to create meaningful impact for our consumers. If you believe the best way to do your job hasn’t been invented yet, you’ll fit right in.

Join the SharkNinja Early Edge Experience: Built for early career talent. Geared toward impact. Driven by speed. Whether you’re in a co-op or internship, our early talent program is designed to provide valuable exposure to the industry and a fast-paced professional environment. You’ll dive into meaningful projects and tasks that sharpen your skills and deepen your knowledge. Along the way, you’ll benefit from professional development opportunities, community events, and connections that make your experience well-rounded and enriching. Your time with us will culminate in an opportunity to showcase your contributions and learnings to SharkNinja leaders because this is a program for those ready to shape what’s next — fast.

Are you the person who finds the error everyone else already signed off on? Do you want to understand how a product gets from a factory to a shelf on another continent — and who decides how many to send? Are you excited by the challenge of making a fast-growing global company run better? If so, we invite you to learn more about Business Operations & Corporate Functions Intern opportunities at SharkNinja.

This is a single application for business operations, commercial, finance, and corporate function early talent roles across SharkNinja. The hiring teams are spread across our sales and retail analytics, strategic planning, global expansion, supply chain, finance, People & Culture, communications, and legal functions.

Whichever team you join, you’ll work on the systems and decisions that keep a global consumer business moving. You might be building the dashboard a sales team runs its week on, modeling how many units a new product will sell in three countries, repositioning inventory after an S&OP meeting, reconciling what a product actually costs to make, localizing a launch for a market you’ve never visited, recruiting the next co-op cohort, or researching the regulation that shapes how we handle consumer data. If you’re analytical, organized, curious, and ready to make an impact from day one, we want to hear from you!

Teams that you can be connected to through this posting include:

  • Sales
  • Retail Excellence Systems & Analytics
  • Strategic Planning & Operations
  • APAC NPD Commercial Readiness
  • Geo Expansion
  • Supply Planning
  • Finance
  • People & Culture (Early Talent, Talent Acceleration, Employer Brand)
  • Corporate Communications
  • Legal

Here are some of the EXCITING things you’ll get to do:

  • Work on the analysis, planning, and process behind real commercial decisions across Shark and Ninja
  • Build the reports, dashboards, models, and trackers that leaders actually make calls from
  • Turn messy data into a clear recommendation — and then defend it in the room
  • Partner across sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, product, and regional teams, often across time zones
  • Find the inefficiency nobody has gotten around to fixing, and fix it
  • Present your findings and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leaders
  • Learn how a global consumer business actually operates — its systems, approvals, cadences, and speed
  • Own a meaningful project end to end and present your contributions to SharkNinja leaders

Depending on the team, your day-to-day may include:

Sales, Retail Excellence & Analytics

  • Preparing sales reports, dashboards, and account presentations that track performance and surface actionable insights
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends across retail partners to identify growth opportunities and support account planning
  • Building and maintaining dashboards on sales performance, inventory, and retail KPIs using Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and SQL
  • Developing automated reporting solutions that improve operational efficiency and data accuracy
  • Supporting retailer-facing customer meetings — preparation, agendas, briefing documents, logistics, and follow-ups
  • Maintaining the national sales team’s resource hub and helping create digital learning content such as training modules, video tutorials, and interactive guides
  • Facilitating communication between internal departments and key accounts, and researching industry trends, competitors, and consumer preferences
  • Supporting retail initiatives that improve sell-through, shelf presence, and consumer experience

Strategic Planning, Global Expansion & Supply

  • Identifying and implementing process improvements across departments and geographies for standardization, efficiency, and cost reduction
  • Supporting a portfolio of transformation projects — stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training programs, and KPI reporting to executive leadership
  • Monitoring retailer-level sell-through, connecting insights to forecast accuracy and supply needs, and building market share projections and high/medium/low forecast scenarios by country
  • Analyzing how promotions, media investments, and product placements affect forecast accuracy and category momentum
  • Tracking APAC program timelines and critical launch schedules, owning artwork and translation requirements, and routing local market insights back to the US team
  • Supporting localized products, packaging, and marketing for LATAM and EMEA, and coordinating product sample orders for Geo Expansion distributor partners
  • Purchase order management and SKU replenishment, inventory portfolio reviews, DC inventory balancing, and master data maintenance
  • Participating in weekly S&OP meetings and repositioning inventory levels based on the outputs

Finance

  • Maintaining and validating standard costing assumptions including factory costs, freight, amortization, overhead, royalties, and duties
  • Analyzing cost changes driven by raw materials, labor, foreign exchange, and engineering adjustments across product lines
  • Partnering with Inventory Accounting to reconcile purchase price variances and support inventory valuation analysis
  • Participating in month-end close with a focus on purchases and inventory reconciliation
  • Building standardized reporting templates and supporting automation of SharkNinja’s product costing systems
  • Taking on ad hoc financial analysis, standard cost maintenance, and global margin analysis

People & Culture, Communications & Legal

  • Supporting full-cycle early talent recruiting — job postings, resume reviews, interview coordination, and candidate communications — and tracking recruiting metrics in systems such as Workday or Greenhouse
  • Planning and attending campus events, building university partnerships, and designing recruitment marketing assets in Canva for LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, and the Careers site
  • Supporting onboarding, leadership development, and learning programs, and building digital content, toolkits, program calendars, and participant communications
  • Drafting internal and external communications and helping tell employee and company stories across channels
  • Conducting legal and regulatory research on frameworks such as CSRD, ISSB, GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA, and supporting privacy impact assessments and ESG reporting
  • Reviewing and organizing documentation for disclosures, policies, and corporate governance initiatives

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS:

  • Current student in a related bachelor's or master’s or PhD program or has graduated from such a program within the past year — Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Supply Chain or Operations, Analytics or Statistics, International Business, Marketing, Human Resources or Organizational Behavior, Communications, Pre-Law, or similar
  • Must be able to work a full-time, 40-hour-per-week onsite-hybrid schedule
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the judgment to turn data into a recommendation rather than just a chart
  • High accuracy and attention to detail with large datasets, financial figures, and operational records
  • Strong organizational skills — you can hold several workstreams and deadlines at once without dropping the details
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with stakeholders at every level, including presentations to management
  • Proactive and self-motivated: you take ownership, flag issues early, and follow through
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Collaborative and cross-functional by instinct, including across time zones and regions
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, modeling) and confidence in PowerPoint
  • Discretion and professionalism with confidential financial, employee, and legal information
  • Prior internship, campus leadership, research, or case competition experience is a strong asset

Any of the following are a plus — we don’t expect all of them:

  • Data and BI tools: Tableau, Power BI, or SQL
  • Financial modeling and reporting tools
  • Sales enablement and CRM systems such as Showpad, Salesforce, or LMS platforms
  • Applicant tracking systems such as Workday or Greenhouse, and Canva for digital and printed assets
  • Familiarity with supply chain concepts — S&OP, purchase order management, inventory planning, and DC operations
  • Understanding of retail fundamentals such as incrementality, cannibalization, and market share dynamics
  • Project management or change management coursework or experience
  • Applying AI and automation to business process improvement
  • Coursework in data ethics, cybersecurity, or global privacy frameworks; privacy tools such as OneTrust
  • Consumer packaged goods (CPG) or consumer products experience
  • Language fluency, particularly Spanish or Portuguese, to support LATAM and international markets
