Lead Service Now Developer

We are seeking a skilled SNOW Developer to join our Cybersecurity team as a Lead Engineer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing our enterprise security posture by leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW) capabilities. This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles and the ability to implement and manage security solutions effectively within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement security solutions using ServiceNow to streamline and automate security operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow applications.
Monitor and analyze security incidents and vulnerabilities, providing timely responses and remediation strategies.
Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Conduct regular assessments of security tools and processes to identify areas for improvement.
Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices.
Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies to enhance the organization's security framework.
Participate in incident response activities and contribute to post-incident reviews to improve future security measures.
Mandatory Skills:

Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting, workflows, and integrations.
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks, and best practices.
Experience with security incident response and vulnerability management.
Ability to analyze complex security issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
Experience with other security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
Certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH) are a plus.
