The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert initial conversations into qualified leads by booking in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Support a direct-to-consumer sales model focused on customer satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality with a passion for engaging with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel to various event and retail locations.
• Ability to comfortably stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
