We're hiring on behalf of a leading, family-owned and -led window and door company with a legacy of craftsmanship and a direct-to-consumer model. The Role

• Represent a premium brand at retail locations, trade shows, and local events.
• Engage with shoppers to generate interest in high-quality window and door solutions.
• Convert conversations into qualified leads by scheduling in-home consultation appointments.
• Set up and maintain professional, eye-catching product displays.
• Cover multiple store locations within the greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area.

What You'll Need

• An outgoing and confident personality, with a passion for engaging with people.
• Reliable transportation to travel between assigned retail locations and events.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and remain on your feet during shifts.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week, including weekends.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
