We are seeking a Marketing Manager to oversee the execution of marketing, promotional, and customer engagement initiatives. This role is responsible for coordinating day-to-day marketing activities, maintaining consistent brand presentation, and supporting programs designed to increase customer awareness and engagement. The Marketing Manager will take an active role in campaign execution while providing direction and support to team members involved in marketing and promotional activities.

This position requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining a consistent customer and brand experience.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day execution of marketing and promotional initiatives
Coordinate marketing activities to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and on schedule
Provide guidance and support to team members involved in marketing and customer engagement activities
Maintain consistent brand messaging and presentation across customer-facing initiatives
Support the development and implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing programs
Monitor campaign activity and identify opportunities to improve execution and customer engagement
Ensure team members have current information regarding products, services, promotions, and campaign objectives
Assist with product presentations, demonstrations, events, and other promotional activities when applicable
Review marketing materials and customer-facing communications for consistency and accuracy
Gather and evaluate customer feedback, campaign observations, and market information
Identify trends in customer questions, interests, and preferences and communicate relevant insights to the team
Coordinate campaign materials, resources, and day-to-day marketing needs
Maintain organized records of marketing activities and campaign results
Support training and development related to brand standards, product knowledge, and marketing initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing objectives and promotional programs
Provide regular updates regarding campaign activity, customer engagement, and ongoing initiatives
Support additional marketing projects and responsibilities as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant professional experience
Previous experience in marketing, promotions, customer engagement, events, or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to coordinate marketing activities and provide direction to others
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Understanding of brand consistency and customer-focused marketing
Comfortable working in an active, customer-facing environment
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to evaluate feedback and communicate useful insights
Professional, dependable, and collaborative approach
Previous leadership or team oversight experience is preferred
