    • Drive the design and delivery of international talent and leadership development programmes.
    • Create engaging learning journeys, workshops, and development experiences.
    • Partner with HR, business leaders, and external experts to drive programme success.
    • Coordinate participant nominations, international cohorts, and programme communications.
    • Continuously improve programmes based on feedback, learning outcomes, and business needs.
    • Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, Consulting, or Project Management.
    • Passion for creating impactful learning experiences and developing people.
    • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
    • Confidence working in an international and cross-functional environment.
    • A proactive, hands-on mindset combined with creativity and curiosity.
