Business Analyst

Employment Type: Contract to Hire - W2

Duration: Minimum 4 months; this contract may be extended based on business needs, with an opportunity for conversion to a full-time position

Work Schedule: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Arizona time

Work Model: Local Phoenix-based candidates preferred; position can be remote

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepares and delivers informative, well-organized presentations and project status reviews to stakeholders, including process owners and customers.
• Coordinates and oversees the work of multiple Business Analysts for large, complex projects.
• Focuses on solving conflict; maintains confidentiality; listens to others without interrupting; keeps emotions under control; remains open to others' ideas and tries new things.
• Works within guidelines of established methods; obtains, clarifies, and provides information within established parameters.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and write technical documentation.

Education Required:

• High school diploma. A college degree is a plus.

Experience Required:

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.

Experience Preferred:

• Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience.
