• Experience in UK Payroll and Statutory Requirement
• Experience with ADP Global View/ Time, SAP Payroll and other attendance System (Crown, WFM, Kronos)
• Good Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
• Excellent analytical skill with strong attention to details
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
• Team Player as well as a Self-started who need Little Supervision
• Ability to adept and willingness to learn New Technologies
• Experience with JIRA and ALM is Plus
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactor Modules and Middleware Integration is Plus
• Experience with Agile Scrum Environment is Plus

Specifically for the QA / Testing role, you may use below to help screen further but this may be case to case, based on the experiences candidate has as per above:

•                        Independently perform software functional testing to ensure the product meets system specifications on assigned projects.

•                        Perform software Regression Testing to ensure that no defects are introduced from changes made during and between design cycles

•                        The creation and prioritization of basic to complex test cases using industry best practices for testing methodology

•                        Participate and provide feedback in Requirements, Design, and Interface Specification review to ensure product testability.

•                        Participate in improving Quality Assurance standards and support Audit processes.

•                        Interact with Project team and QA team members on completing assigned tasks and provide status.

•                        Able to work on multiple tasks and prioritize them, escalate any issues to QA Lead/Manager and be proactive.

•                        Effectively communicate status, issues, and concerns with QA Lead/Manager or team members

•                        Take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments.

•                        Create or upload manual test cases in JIRA. Execute test scripts, and report and maintain defects in JIRA.
