Automotive sales experience is NOT required.
If you're great with people, willing to learn, comfortable picking up the phone, and motivated by the opportunity to earn more based on your performance, we want to talk to you.
We provide the inventory, leads, training, tools, and support. You bring the attitude and work ethic.

What You'll Do
As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll help customers find the right vehicle while building relationships that generate repeat and referral business.

Your responsibilities will include

Responding quickly to internet and phone leads
Greeting and assisting customers at the dealership
Following up with prospective customers
Demonstrating and test-driving vehicles
Learning our inventory and available vehicle features
Working with management and finance to complete sales
Maintaining relationships with previous customers
Asking for referrals and repeat business
Using our CRM to manage leads and follow-up
Consistently working toward individual and dealership sales goals

Previous automotive, retail, restaurant, hospitality, wireless, furniture, insurance, or other customer-facing sales experience can be helpful, but it is not required. Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation
Base salary + commission
