The Role

• Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present service programs for uniforms, floor care, restrooms, and facilities.
• Develop customized proposals and close multi-year service agreements.
• Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience, with a preference for industrial supply, waste management, or facility services backgrounds.
• A proven history of exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented approach.
• Willingness to embrace coaching and feedback for continuous improvement.
• A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Compliance with minimum auto insurance requirements for business use of personal vehicles.
