The Role

• Drive new business growth through prospecting, closing complex contracts, and building long-term client relationships.
• Prospect and qualify leads within a defined territory using cold calling, networking, and in-person visits.
• Conduct on-site assessments and present tailored proposals for uniform rental and facility service programs.
• Develop and close multi-year service agreements with business clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction.

What You'll Need

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience; experience in uniform rental, industrial supply, or similar services is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and receptive to coaching.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
• Willingness to comply with auto insurance requirements for business use.
