Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Airlines, Supply Chain, or Logistics domains. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver scalable technology solutions that improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong experience in Airlines, Supply Chain, or Logistics domain (experience in any one is acceptable).
• Expertise in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
• Experience creating BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops, requirement elicitation sessions, and UAT.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
