We're hiring on behalf of a leading systems integrator and alarm monitoring company known for its comprehensive portfolio of video, access, intrusion, fire, and integrated security solutions. This globally respected organization focuses on delivering exceptional service and protecting its clients' people, customers, and assets.

The Role

• Respond to trouble tickets to ensure application uptime and system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve application and system issues, working both independently and as part of a team.
• Execute preventative maintenance tasks to maximize application availability and identify system faults.
• Perform routine configuration changes to applications, including user permissions.
• Document all system modifications through a digital change control tracking system.
• Conduct end-to-end testing for upgrades and major modifications, as well as performing on-site installations.

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with installing and troubleshooting low voltage equipment.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial access control, CCTV, burglary alarm, intrusion systems, and fire alarms.
• Working knowledge of network communications and IP addressing.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, time management, communication, and work ethic skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
