Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pump Technician, located in Salem, OR. The Pump Technician will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of irrigation and pumping systems. Day-to-day tasks may include diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, conducting tests to ensure proper system functionality, and maintaining tools and equipment. The role also involves troubleshooting pump-related problems and ensuring timely resolution to support customer needs. The technician will work collaboratively with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery while adhering to safety protocols and company standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of pumping and irrigation systems

• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues

• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in irrigation and pump systems

• Commitment to safety protocols and high-quality standards

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively

• Physical stamina and ability to work in various outdoor conditions

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
