The Role

• Lead strategic recruitment efforts for corporate positions, identifying and attracting exceptional candidates.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR partners to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Ensure a positive and high-quality candidate experience that reflects the organization's values.
• Provide valuable market and talent insights to inform and guide hiring decisions.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment and talent sourcing.
• Proven ability to navigate challenges with a driven and positive approach.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills to engage with leaders and candidates.
