Keep the Design function moving - and build the systems that help it scale.
The King DifferenceThis is not just a coordination role where you manage calendars and chase approvals.
This is an operational role at the heart of King Living's Design function - ensuring product information flows accurately from development through to launch, maintaining the Product Wiki as the business's central knowledge hub, and proactively identifying risks before they impact the teams that depend on Design to move. You will work across product development, manufacturing, eCommerce, marketing, retail and legal teams, coordinating the operational activities that allow Designers to stay focused on what they do best.
With a strong focus on AI and knowledge management, you will also support the adoption of AI-powered tools - and continuously improve the systems and processes that underpin how the Design department operates at scale.
If you are a detail-driven, proactive coordinator who thrives on operational clarity, builds strong cross-functional relationships, and is genuinely excited by the intersection of knowledge management and AI - this is the role for you.
What You Will Own Launch Readiness & Operational FlowCoordinate Design's New Product Introduction deliverables - maintaining visibility of dependencies and deadlines, and proactively identifying risks before they impact downstream teams.

Product Knowledge & AI ReadinessOwn the Product Wiki as the Design function's central knowledge base - coordinating documentation updates across Design, Manufacturing and R&D, and supporting the adoption of AI-powered knowledge systems.
Design OperationsCoordinate recurring operational activities including design awards submissions, QR code and compliance artwork, design registrations, patent administration, sample ordering, and SOP documentation.
Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities to simplify processes, improve information flow, and reduce manual administration - supporting the adoption of AI and technology to build scalable systems for the future growth of the Design department.
Who You AreYou will likely come from an operational coordination, project support or knowledge management role - ideally within a product development, manufacturing, design or industrial environment. What matters most is your attention to detail, your proactive mindset, and your ability to keep complex workflows moving without losing accuracy or visibility.
You are a detail-driven, systems-minded coordinator who takes genuine pride in keeping things running well - and making them run better over time.

- Proactive and forward-thinking - you anticipate upcoming tasks, identify risks early, and take initiative to keep things progressing
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to build productive relationships across cross-functional teams and follow up with confidence
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to accurately manage product information across a complex product ecosystem
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - able to quickly learn and work confidently across business systems, knowledge management platforms and AI tools
