Job Description
Townsville Golf Club Incorporated in North Queensland invites applications for a Golf Services Manager who will also serve as the Director of Coaching. This dual role blends high-performance coaching with leadership of golf shop operations, bookings, retail, and club programs.
You will design coaching programs, manage golf bookings, support the pro shop team, coordinate events, and ensure service excellence across all member touchpoints, while mentoring staff and aligning with Golf Australia
