Role: AI Solution Architect with Copilot, Claude and Azure Architecture

Duration: 6 Months+

Location: Remote- USA

Lead agentic AI programs end to end: sit with executives to figure out which problems are worth solving, design an architecture that will hold up at enterprise scale, and build working prototypes fast enough to prove the idea before the budget conversation. About 60 percent of the role is advisory and architecture work, and 40 percent is hands-on building.

Responsibilities:

• Run discovery workshops with business and technology leaders, then turn their pain points into scored, prioritized use cases with clear KPIs and rough cost ranges.
• Design scalable, secure reference architectures on Azure with Claude (through Azure AI Foundry) at the core.
• Build rapid prototypes of agents, copilots, and RAG solutions using the Claude Agent SDK, MCP, multi-agent patterns, and Claude Code.
• Bring Power Platform and Copilot Studio in where low-code is the faster route.
• Guide a small delivery pod through pilot and production, with governance, security, and compliance built in from day one.

• 10 to 12 years in technology, including 3 or more in AI/ML and GenAI.
• Solid Azure architecture experience (AI Foundry, data services, identity, networking).
• Hands-on work with LLMs and agentic systems. Claude experience is a big plus.
• Working knowledge of Power Platform and Copilot Studio.
• Experience in banking or financial services, and comfort with how regulated environments work (model risk, data privacy, auditability).
• You can explain a design to a CFO in the morning and debug a prompt chain in the afternoon.
