SAP Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced SAP Delivery Manager to lead large-scale SAP transformation and delivery initiatives across consumer products, healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and scientific organizations.

Role Overview

The SAP Delivery Manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of complex, enterprise-scale SAP programs. This role will oversee project execution, client engagement, delivery governance, solution quality, financial management, and cross-functional teams, ensuring SAP solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementations, S/4HANA transformations, migrations, and support programs.
• Manage multiple SAP workstreams, including budgets, schedules, risks, resources, and dependencies.
• Partner with business executives, IT leadership, system integrators, and vendors to deliver strategic SAP initiatives.
• Drive Agile and Waterfall methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Oversee SAP modules including:
• Finance: FI/CO
• Supply Chain: MM, SD, PP
• Manufacturing & Quality: Manufacturing, QM
• Warehouse & Planning: EWM, IBP
• Governance: GRC
• Ensure SAP solutions meet applicable regulatory and compliance requirements, including FDA, GxP, GMP, SOX, HIPAA, and 21 CFR Part 11.
• Lead vendor management, contract negotiations, governance meetings, and executive-level status reporting.
• Mentor Project Managers, Solution Architects, and delivery teams, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
• Support organizational change management, training, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; Master s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP implementation and delivery management experience.
• 7+ years of experience leading enterprise SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience working within consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, scientific, or regulated manufacturing industries.
• Strong understanding of regulated manufacturing, quality systems, supply chain, and compliance.
• Proven experience managing global delivery teams and multi-million-dollar SAP programs.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
