Position Summary

4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for:

1. Plan, coordinate, and manage end-to-end technology projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
2. Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are achieved.
3. Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and overall project performance while implementing mitigation strategies.
4. Provide project governance, status reporting, and continuous process improvements to ensure successful project delivery.

 

Minimum Qualifications

The position requires:

Education	Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience	5+ years of experience managing enterprise technology projects or programs, with expertise in Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
Technical Skills	Project Management, Agile, Waterfall, Big Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Risk Management, Project Planning
Business / Domain Skills	Program Management, Stakeholder Management, Cross-functional Leadership, Resource Planning, Budget Management, Problem Solving
Communication	Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.
Documentation	Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.
Work Authorization	Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

 

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience managing large-scale technology, data, or analytics initiatives.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
