Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.

Project managers might work by themselves or be in charge of a team to get the job done. project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Proof of certification may be requested.

Seasoned project manager with direct experiences with Texas HHS.

Required skills:

• 8 years of experience in Information Technology Project Management with PMP certification
• 8 years of experience in Agile Scrum Methodology and/or SAFe
• 8 years of experience in Preparation of project budgets
• 8 years of experience in Management of technical software development staff
• 8 years of experience in Management of customer-oriented Integrated Product Team
• 8 years Knowledge of business analysis, business process mapping and requirements documentation for Health Care Insurance Systems similar to CMBHS
• 8 years of experience with Utilization of Azure DevOps
• 8 years management of User Acceptance Testing experience
• 8 years of experience In PPM systems

Preferred skills:

• 8 years Preparation of formal Business Case and Project Charter
