What you'll be doing:

• Speaking with candidates and conducting telephone interviews
• Writing and advertising engaging job opportunities
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking
• Building relationships with healthcare professionals
• Managing candidates through the recruitment process
• Developing the skills and knowledge needed to progress into a Recruitment Consultant role
