With operations in Belfast, Dublin and Tampa, Florida, we partner with multinationals, banks, major software houses and innovative start-ups.

We're growing our Belfast team and looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant ready to take their career to the next level.

The Role

  • Own and grow a niche IT market across Ireland, building a strong portfolio of clients and candidates
  • Win new business through BD, cold calling and account development
  • Negotiate terms of business and manage key client relationships
  • Headhunt and engage top tech talent
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from brief to offer and start date
  • Act as a trusted advisor on market trends, salaries and hiring strategy
  • Support and mentor junior consultants within the team

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in agency recruitment
  • A proven track record of billing and winning new business
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • A competitive, self-driven attitude and the ambition to progress
  • IT recruitment experience is a bonus, but strong recruiters from any sector are welcome
