This is a great role if you're looking to join a fast growing building service provider, covering your own portfolio of commercial properties, allowing you to manage your own sites and clients! As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be covering the City of London and West End. Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. As a Foot Mobile Engineer, you will be carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance on M&amp;E Systems, statutory compliance duties, update site logbooks, liaise with contractors and deal with the client requests. Foot Mobile Engineer Duties: Carrying out planned and reactive electrical / mechanical maintenance in commercial properties Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults quickly and effectively Conducting inspections, testing, and compliance checks Emergency lighting testing and remedial Working on motors, pumps, AHUs, FCUs, and three-phase power systems Maintaining accurate records and documentation Delivering a high standard of customer service on-site Collaborating with clients and colleagues to ensure excellent service delivery Foot Mobile Engineer

Requirements:
