Technical Project Manager Meeting Room Technology Refresh

Location: Hybrid - 60% Office based

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects predominantly based across the EMEA & MENAT regions as part of a global programme refreshing audio-visual and collaboration technology across meeting rooms within a large enterprise organisation.

This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of technology refresh projects, coordinating internal stakeholders, vendors and technical teams to ensure hardware deployments are delivered safely, on time, within budget and with minimal disruption to business operations.

Whilst experience of Audio Visual (AV), Video Conferencing or Workplace Technology solutions would be beneficial, it is not essential. We are primarily looking for a highly capable technical project manager with a proven track record of delivering complex infrastructure, technology refresh or end-user technology projects in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale meeting room technology refresh projects.

Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues and dependencies.

Coordinate multiple suppliers, installers and technical teams across various locations.

Engage and communicate with senior stakeholders, business representatives and operational teams.

Ensure appropriate governance, reporting and project controls are maintained.

Drive issue resolution and manage project risks proactively.

Support deployment planning, testing, sign-off and transition into operational support.

Essential Skills & experience

Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale technology projects.

Strong project planning, stakeholder management and governance skills.

experience managing third-party suppliers and technical delivery teams.

Ability to understand and challenge technical solutions without being a hands-on engineer.

Excellent communication, organisational and reporting skills.

experience working in complex, matrix-managed organisations.

Desirable

experience delivering AV, Unified Communications, Zoom Rooms, Cisco collaboration, workplace technology or end-user computing projects.

Project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, Agile or equivalent.
