Flexible Part-Time Disability Support Facilitator

UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator in Disability Services. This permanent part-time role is based in Chermside West and offers $36.22 per hour plus Super and NFP salary packaging to boost take-home pay.

You'll work as part of the FaDS team to assist people with disability to build life skills, engage in meaningful activities, and pursue independence with family and networks. A current NDIS check and licence are required or can be arranged.
