The Role

• Design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions for critical business and mission needs.
• Work across the full development lifecycle, including building, testing, debugging, and documenting applications according to agreed standards.
• Collaborate with system users and technical teams to analyze requirements and resolve defects.
• Ensure software meets performance, quality, and compliance expectations.
• Prepare operating instructions and document research findings for stakeholders.

What You'll Need

• Proven experience developing software in C++.
• Experience developing on Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS) such as Linux.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools (e.g., Subversion, Git).
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code and container technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
