Job Description

Seeking an Expert Software Developer to serve as a Java Developer and Technical Lead for the New York State Electronic Certificate of Need (NYSE-CON) project. The selected candidate will drive architecture design, model system interactions, develop responsive user interfaces, and handle end-to-end software development and deployment tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design system architecture and develop system models specifying interactions between multiple systems.

  • Develop and modify technical design specifications, technical writing, and system documentation.

  • Design, build, and maintain user interfaces and responsive web pages.

  • Perform full lifecycle software development and deployment, including coding, testing, and implementation.

  • Conduct knowledge transfer through technical documentation and training sessions for ongoing application support.
