Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Work closely with business analysts, system administrators, and product owners to translate business workflows into high-performing custom code, complex API integrations, and intuitive user experiences.
• Custom Development: Design, code, test, and deploy custom applications, components, and automations using Apex (classes, triggers, batch jobs), Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce
• Integrations: Build and manage secure REST/SOAP API integrations and middleware connections (e.g., MuleSoft ) between Salesforce and external enterprise systems.
• Data Modeling & Security: Design custom data models, use SOQL / SOSL for data retrieval, and enforce strict sharing rules, profiles, and permission sets.
• SDLC & DevOps: Manage full software development lifecycles across sandboxes and production environments utilizing CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, Change Sets)
• Troubleshooting & Optimization: Diagnose and resolve platform bugs, performance bottlenecks, and system scaling issues
• Collaboration: Partner in an Agile/Scrum environment to estimate work, sprint plan, and deliver iterative value to business stakeholders
• Additional support that contributes to the key outcomes of the Salesforce Solutions team.

To be considered for this position, you should have:
Required Skills:

• Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on technical experience to design, build, test, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Deep expertise in Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, SOQL, and SOSL

Education, Certifications, Degree requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator II, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator, Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
