Power Apps Developer

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a MS Fabric and Power Platform Developer to join a team in the Columbia SC area, working to modernize their applications and reporting efforts. 

The Power Apps Developer will be responsible for managing reporting and development requirements, designing and developing applications, and support data lakes and pipelines using Power Apps and Fabric components. Additionally, this person will work through governance, automation, security, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive productivity while reducing risk 

Duties:

• Using stakeholder requirements, build custom business applications and workflows using Power Platform.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable lakehouse architecture in Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Lakes.
• Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines for ingestion, transformation, and serving
• Develop scalable ingestion frameworks for batch and real-time sources (APIs, databases, event streams)
• Integrate enterprise systems and automate workflows. 
• Develop and execute large-scale Spark jobs (batch and streaming)
• Implement data cleansing, enrichment, and transformation logic
• Build ingestion logic for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data
• Implement data validation and quality controls
• Deliver analytics-ready datasets for Power BI and downstream consumption
• Implement application governance and security controls

Skill Requirements
 Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, Microsoft Fabric, Azure services, and Copilot technologies.
