Job Role : Amazon Connect Developer
Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite)

Type:        Contract (W2 Only)

Job Description:
Proficient AWS developer with Java programming language. Should be able to work on proxy creation of API’s, dependency libraries upgrade, jdk upgrade etc.

• Experience of creating AWS Lex.
• Proficiency in Amazon Connect console and flow designer, including an in-depth understanding of various contact flow blocks.
• Knowledge of contact routing strategies, queues, and agent configuration etc.
• Understanding of AWS services relevant to Amazon Connect (e.g Lambda,S3,Dynamo DB) for integration.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline to commit codes in GIT and move to other environments.

Contact Center Business Requirement

• Conduct comprehensive business need analysis to identify critical requirements and opportunities for improvement
• Design and implement contact flows that enhance the customer journey and optimize operational efficiency across multiple business units.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements
• Translate complex business requirements into robust, functional contact flow designs that meet both strategic and operational objectives.
• Ensure contact flows are proactive. Resilient solution to mitigate potential issues and ensure business continuity.
• Collect and analyze complex contact center data to identify trends, pinpoint root cause of issues, and develop effective solutions.

Collaboration

Effective communicate and collaborate with development , testing teams and line of business for integrations and customer solutions.
