Job Summary

Seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Loyalty/Rewards Programs and the Travel domain, along with exposure to Java-based applications. The candidate will work with business and technology teams to enhance customer loyalty platforms, rewards programs, and digital customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for loyalty and travel-related applications.
• Support loyalty features such as points accrual/redemption, rewards, promotions, membership tiers, and partner integrations.
• Collaborate with Java development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with Product Owners, Development, QA, and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, UAT, and production support activities.

Must-Have Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong Loyalty Program / Rewards Management experience.
• Travel domain experience (Airlines, Hospitality, OTA, Cruise, or Travel Technology).
• Experience working with Java/J2EE applications.
• Agile/Scrum methodology.
• API integrations and system interfaces.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
