Reporting directly to the Head of Reward & Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a competitive, compliant, and engaging reward proposition. - Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of compensation structures, incentive design, job levelling, equal pay legislation, and pension frameworks.
- Systems & Data: Advanced MS Excel skills and experience using enterprise HR systems (e.g., SAP / SuccessFactors).
- Analytical Mindset: Excellent capability in converting complex data into commercial, actionable business insights.
- Qualifications: Degree in Business, HR, Finance, or CIPD Level 5/7 (Desirable).
