Job Description

ServiceNow Architect
Location: Columbus, OH (5 days onsite)
Interview: In-person/video (Local candidates preferred)
Duration: 6+ months

Seeking a ServiceNow Architect with strong architecture and hands-on development experience. Responsible for designing enterprise ServiceNow solutions, platform governance, integrations, security, and custom development within regulated environments.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years IT experience with 5+ years ServiceNow architecture/development experience
  • Strong JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Client Scripts
  • Experience with CSDM, CMDB, ITOM, Discovery, Service Mapping
  • Experience with FedRAMP or regulated government environments
  • Expertise with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, MID Server, REST/SOAP integrations
  • Strong stakeholder collaboration and technical leadership skills

Certifications:

  • ServiceNow CSA
  • ServiceNow CAD
  • CIS (ITSM/ITOM preferred)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation
  • CTA/CMA or Security+ preferred
