Senior Account Executive - CTV & Video Advertising

Location: New York City

Salary: $130,000 - $140,000 base + commission

We are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing advertising technology company looking for a Senior Account Executive to develop agency and brand partnerships across the US market.

The company provides advertisers with access to highly optimised and enriched Connected TV and video inventory from many of the world's largest publishers. Its platform combines premium inventory with advanced data, targeting and agentic technology to improve campaign performance and ROI, often at significantly lower CPMs than comparable direct publisher deals.

The role

• Generate new business across media agencies and brand-direct advertisers.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across agency investment, programmatic, video, CTV and digital media teams.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching through to negotiation and close.
• Develop tailored CTV and video solutions based on client objectives.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of agency and brand opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver successful campaigns.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional budgets, brands and use cases.

What we're looking for

• Proven digital advertising or adtech sales experience.
• Established relationships across New York media agencies and/or major brands.
• Experience selling CTV, video, programmatic or adjacent digital media solutions.
• A strong track record of winning new business and achieving revenue targets.
• Comfortable working independently within a fast-moving, international business.
• Commercial, proactive and confident presenting a differentiated technology proposition.
