The Role • Deliver expert mechanical repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support on the roadside. • Respond to member needs for issues ranging from flat batteries and tyre changes to more complex fault-finding. • Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during stressful situations. • Start and end your workdays from your own home, with demand-led shifts averaging 40 hours per week. • Undertake fault diagnostics, repairs, and roadside assistance, with variety in daily tasks. What You'll Need • A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification or equivalent. • At least 2 years of post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience. • A customer-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills. • A full UK driving licence. • Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions independently.
